Sessions designed to find you inner peace:

Guided by our very knowledgable yoga and breath work teachers you will learn different techniques and movements to calm the mind and help you find peace within. If you are new to meditation or yoga don’t worry, sessions are conducted in a safe environment and specifically designed for all abilities, so that you can feel open enough to explore your inner self through these practices.

Connecting to nature:

Located in Puk Russell village, We are close enough to be accessible by tuktuk from Phnom Penh but far away enough from the hustle and bustle to make staying here feel like an escape from the pressures of everyday life. Situated next to the Mekong river and surrounded by nature, staying here will provide you with a much needed break from the urban landscape that humans have gotten so used to.

Promoting a balanced and healthy lifestyle:

Your stay will include three healthy vegetarian meals a day freshly cooked by our onsite chef so you can find harmony in your gut as well as your mind and body. Whilst visiting you can enjoy all of our optional daily yoga/ mediation classes or if you prefer you can unwind in one of our many seating areas dotted around the pool.
